INVESTMENT CASE. HOW TO PURCHASE

Purchasing a villa at The Habitat offers complete flexibility. Your villa is yours to use as you wish. You might choose to reside here full time or instead, treat it as an investment property or a combination of both, it is up to you.

Should you choose to rent your villa out, you can opt to manage it yourself by appointing your own property management team. Or for ease and total peace of mind, take advantage of our full property management service and let us take care of the day to day management on your behalf.  Our property management service ensures effortless ownership and the opportunity to enjoy maximum rental returns through greater exposure and the benefits of shared resources.

Pay a returnable holding deposit whilst your due diligence is in process. This should be completed within 30 days.

02.

30% initial payment. You must also at this stage confirm your ownership structure. We will immediately place the order for the construction materials.

03.

30% becomes payable upon completion of the steel structure.

04.

20% becomes payable upon achieving ‘lock up’ - roof, door, windows completed.

05.

15% becomes payable at handover of the keys. Approximately 6-8 months after Step 2.

06.

Your final payment of 5% becomes due after the 3 month defect notification period.
