With the first villas complete and operational from August 2023, Habitat Forest was the 1st in-house project from the Habitat team led by Matt Davis. The project consists of 10 Villas sold ‘off-plan,’ located on a hillside site just outside of Kuta, Lombok.
The 1,2 and 4 bedroom villas were sold to a mix of owner/occupiers and investor, and have already seen healthy capital growth for the owners. They are now well placed to also deliver exceptional rental returns, benefiting from their convenient Kuta location.
Building the Habitat style of construction on a challenging and steep site has been an excellent experience for the team, and they look forward to using that experience to deliver the next level of product on a more straightforward, level site at Habitat Garden.

Pay a returnable holding deposit whilst your due diligence is in process. This should be completed within 30 days.
30% initial payment. You must also at this stage confirm your ownership structure. We will immediately place the order for the construction materials.
30% becomes payable upon completion of the steel structure.
20% becomes payable upon achieving ‘lock up’ - roof, door, windows completed.
15% becomes payable at handover of the keys. Approximately 6-8 months after Step 2.
Your final payment of 5% becomes due after the 3 month defect notification period.
