ARCHITECTS & CONSTRUCTION
Damai Indah is a Lombok-based, western-owned and operated construction company. Founded in 2017, the company is responsible for some of the most prominent and prestigious villas and developments in South Lombok.
Established by husband-and-wife Matt and Kokom, who themselves live in Lombok, the team at Damai Indah adopt a hands-on approach, managing all aspects of every project, from initial design through to final completion. Recently completed developments include Siwa Cliffs Villas and Club, Villa Santosa, Villa Cahaya, Villa T, Villa R and Tiu Oasis.
Matt is a highly experienced project manager having spent the last 10 years managing the design, build and construction of major villa developments in Indonesia. Prior to this he spent over 25 years managing multi-million-dollar oil and gas drilling projects in some of the most challenging environments in the world. Matt is a fluent Indonesian speaker.
An Indonesia national, Kokom is responsible for finance and procurement. With a background in the hospitality and entertainment industry, Kokom understands the key differentiators that prospective purchasers are looking for when considering a villa investment.
