Hi all and welcome to what we hope will be a twice monthly update blog.
There is lots going on both here in Lombok and also within our Habitat community.
At The Habitat work is progressing at full pace on the final three villas, one of which is a spectacular two story, four bedroom unit with lovely ocean views.
There are seven completed villas that are already open for rentals. Despite ongoing construction we still averaged 78% occupancy in April. If you are planning a stay you better book soon!
Over at Habitat Garden the primary contractor mobilised on the 1st of May to start work on the first of the owners villas. We have already built a site office and a secure warehouse. Additions to the boundary wall and drainage system will be complete within a few days and the foundations for the first villas are next.
New bars and restaurants are opening all the time…
The International school is going from strength to strength. The arrival of the 100th student was celebrated at the start of the current school term.
After some logistical problems the solar panels and batteries arrived for The Habitat. Six out of seven villas are now using solar power and the seventh will be installed within the next week. Every villa within the Habitat Garden project will have solar panels and lithium batteries installed.
